Grace de Guia Listing and Disclosures Gentlemen : We disclose that, at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Mariwasa Manufacturing, Inc. (the "Corporation") held at 10:00 a.m. today, 11 February 2000, the Board unanimously approved a resolution calling the annual meeting of stockholders of the Corporation on Friday, 12 May 2000, and setting the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice and vote at the annual meeting on 11 April 2000.
