There has been a deadlock in the talks between the Security Bank management and the employees union with respect to the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. 2. The National Conciliation and Mediation Board is handling the dispute between the two parties. 3. Conciliatory hearings are scheduled during the next three weeks for resolution of the pending issues.
