Stockholders' Meeting 1.1 The stockholders approved the following: a) Increase in the capitalization from 2 Billion Pesos to 3.5 Billion Pesos prcd b) Increase in number of directors from 9 to 11 c) Acquisition of Best World Gaming & Entertainment Corporation d) Election of eleven (11) directors to the Board e) Ratification of all other board resolutions and corporate actions made by the Board for the past year. 2. The New board of directors held a meeting after the stockholders meeting and the following were agreed upon: 2.1 Election of the following officers: a) Eduardo G. Lim, Jr. as President b) Francis Ablan as Treasurer c) Jose Salvador M. Rivera, Jr. as Corporate Secretary LexLib 2.2 The board passed resolution authorizing its President Eduardo G. Lim, Jr. to initiate negotiation for the acquisition by the Corporation of the Manila Jump Floating Restaurant owned and operated by Dr. Stanley Ho and Dante T. Tan.
