December 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3277-99 SUBJECT : Trans-Asia Oil and Energy Development Corporation Trans-Asia Oil and Energy Development Corporation ("TA") advised the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved its Amended Articles of Incorporation reflecting the amendment to Article II, changing its primary purpose to include electric power generation and distribution. In relation thereto, the change in sector of TA to Power and Energy will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on December 27, 1999 .
