December 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3274-99 SUBJECT : Easycall Communications Philippines, Inc . Easycall Communications Philippines Inc. ("ECP") advised the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on December 8, 1999 its Employees' Stock Option Plan.
