(UHI) held at 2:30 this afternoon at the Uniwide Offices at 90 E. Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue. Brgy. Ugong Norte, Libis, Quezon City, the following items were discussed and approved: 1. The Amended Rehabilitation of the Group of Companies to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its approval. cdlex 2. The proposed amendment of the articles of incorporation of UHI to: a) increase the authorized capital stock b) increase the number of directors in the board to at least seven (7) 3. Take steps necessary to implement the amended rehabilitation plan 4. The date of the stockholders' meeting which was tentatively set on April 17, 2000 with the record date tentatively set on March 28, 2000 The meeting was adjourned around 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
