Garcia Officer-in-Charge Gentlemen: This is to inform you that at its regular meeting held on 20 December 1999, the Board of Directors of Far East Bank and Trust Co . has elected Mrs. Ong Siew Mooi as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, effective 21 December 1999. Likewise, Ambassador Ramon V. del Rosario, Sr. resigned as a Director, effective 21 December 1999. Likewise approved at the same meeting was the declaration of cash dividends for the fourth (4th) quarter of 1999 of two percent (2.0%) equivalent to P0.20 per share payable on 14 January 2000 to stockholders of record as of 31 December 1999.
