Other Event (b) AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., (the owner of Bingo Bonanza operations), a corporation, the ownership of which has been acquired in whole by the registrant by virtue of the Share Exchange Agreement dated 5 October 1999, has acquired on 17 December 1999 additional 1,000 shares of Bingo Palace Corporation and 500 shares of Manila Bingo Corporation. Adding the foregoing to the acquisitions made by AB Leisure of shares of the said companies last 1 December 1999 which was previously disclosed, AB Leisure's percentage ownership for both companies increased from 70% to 90%.
