March 9, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 324-98 SUBJECT : Centro Escolar University Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of CENTRO ESCOLAR UNIVERSITY to list additional 2,234,383 common shares, with a par value of P100.00 per share, to cover the 150% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of January 6, 1998.
