December 17, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3231-99 SUBJECT : Interport Resources Corporation This is with reference to the news article entitled "Interport to restructure operations, take in partner" published in the December 16, 1999 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. The article reported that Interport Resources Corporation ("IRC") plans to restructure its operations to attract the entry of a new investor. In its letter, IRC advised that: prcd . . . the stockholders' meeting of Interport Resources Corporation (IRC) on December 29, 1999 will deal only with regular business including the election of directors.
