Resignation of Mrs. Maria Ayuyao as Treasurer; 2. Her date of resignation and cessation of office is on December 16, 1999; 3. She shall be replaced by Ms. Josephine Mape who was appointed as Treasurer at the regular meeting of the Board held on December 16, 1999; 4. The appointment of Ms. Mape as Treasurer will take effect on December 16, 1999, and she is to serve for the remainder of the term of Mrs. Ayuyao, or until the next annual meeting of the stockholders to be held on 26 July 2000.
