March 9, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 321-98 SUBJECT : Asian Terminals, Inc . Asian Terminals, Inc. ("ATI") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated March 9, 1998, that it has signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with one of its unions, the Katipunan ng mga Manggagawa sa Daungan (KAMADA), on Friday March 6, 1998. The agreement shall be for a duration of five (5) years, to commence on March 18, 1998 and due to expire on March 18, 2003. For your information. (SGD.) MA. ISABEL T.
