December 16, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3205-99 15 December 1999 PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila Attention: Disclosure Department Listings and Disclosures Group Gentlemen: Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Central Azucarera Don Pedro, in its regular Board of Directors' meeting held on 24 November and 15 December 1999, approved resolutions authorizing the following: cdll a. A 30% stock dividend payable to all shareholders of the Company as of 15 February 2000. The x-date, for purposes of the said declaration, is 9 February 2000. The stock dividend shall be sourced from the 1998 unappropriated Retained Earnings of the Corporation. prcd b.
