Indicate the item numbers reported herein:_______ Item 2. Acquisition or Disposition The Company acquired all the rights and interests of Premiere Entertainment Productions, Inc. (PEP) on an office condominium unit at the 29th floor of Jollibee Plaza Condominium. In consideration for the foregoing, the Company paid PEP the amount of P2,726,430.08 and assumed PEP's unpaid balance to the property developer amounting to P860,977.92. This unpaid balance shall be paid by the Company in nine equal monthly installments beginning November, 1999. prcd The acquisition represent around 1.07% of the Company's total assets. The liability adjunct to the acquisition would be around 2.51% of the total liabilities of the Company. The acquisition will give rise to a depreciation expense of P717,481.00 per year.
