December 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3182-99 SUBJECT : MacroAsia Corporation Further to Circular No. 3072-99 dated December 2, 1999, MacroAsia Corporation ("MAC") furnished the Exchange-a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Amended Definitive Information Statement), including its Audited Financial Statement for fiscal year ended December 31, 1998, in connection with its Special Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on January 7, 2000 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel, Manila Room, Ayala Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of December 1, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting. A copy of MAC's Amended Definitive Information Statement including its Audited Financial Statement for fiscal year ended December 31, 1998 is available for reference at the PSE Centre and PSE-Plaza Libraries.
