LexLib As we have previously advised you in our letter dated December 3, 1999, PNB has already made an official, full and fair disclosure of its efforts at looking for banks to acquire or be merged with in an effort to comply with the mandate of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. We wish to again confirm that PNB is studying the possibility of acquiring or merging with various banks, which include Manilabank.
