December 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3176-99 SUBJECT : East Asia Power Resources Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on October 27, 1999 the listing application of EAST ASIA POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION to list additional 2,262,094,548 common shares , with par value of P1.00 per share , to cover the 1.75:1 stock rights offering to stockholders of record as of November 19, 1999 at an offer price of P1.00 per share . In view thereof, the listing of 2,262,094,548 common shares is set for Wednesday, December 15, 1999.
