("MIT") has been signed today by and among HOUSE OF INVESTMENTS, Inc., other companies in the Yuchengco Group, and the MIT stockholders. The SPA provides for the terms and conditions for compliance of the parties prior to the actual signing of the Deed of Sale, scheduled not later than 29 December 1999 or any other date that may be agreed upon by the parties.
