Listing Date and Trading Symbol EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Exchange approved on October 27, 1999, the listing application of CITY & LAND DEVELOPERS, INC. ("the Company") for the initial listing of 175,000,000 common shares , with a par value of P1.00 per share in the First Board . Of these, 45,500,000 common shares shall be offered to the public on a secondary basis at an offer price of P3.95 per share . llcd In view thereof, the listing of the 175,000,000 common shares is set for Monday, December 13, 1999. LibLex The stock trading symbol of CITY & LAND DEVELOPERS, INC. is "LAND".
