December 9, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3147-99 SUBJECT : Waterfront Philippines, Incorporated Additional Listing The Exchange approved on December 1, 1999 the listing application of WATERFRONT PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED to list additional 96,133,450 common shares, with par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the 10% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of S eptember 15, 1999. In view thereof, the listing of 96,133,450 common shares is set for Monday, December 13, 1999.
