December 9, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3144-99 SUBJECT : San Miguel Corporation With reference to Circular No. 3096-99 dated December 6, 1999 relative to the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of San Miguel Corporation ("SMC"), SMC informed the Exchange that the deadline for submission of nominations for the Board of Directors is on January 20, 2000 and not March 28, 2000 as earlier disclosed.
