December 8, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3133-99 SUBJECT : Wellex Industries, Inc . Further to Circular No. 3025-99 dated November 26, 1999, Wellex Industries, Inc. ("WIN") furnished the Exchange a copy of its Definitive Information Statement, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on December 28, 1999 , at 2:30 p.m. at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of December 9, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting. Stockholders who cannot attend the meeting may submit a Proxy Instrument to the Office of the Corporate Secretary on or before December 23, 1999 not later than 10:00 am.
