Almadro VP-Compliance & Surveillance Group Gentlemen: Referring to your faxed letter dated December 7, 1999, please be advised that the directors and officers of the Corporation have not taken any action nor are they aware of any event which should provoke the rise in the price of OPMC Class " A " shares or Class "B" shares for that matter by about 47.37% as you had advised. For the moment, OPMC is simply continuing with its participation in the same oil exploration contracts in which it holds certain interest.
