As a property-based holding company, Megaworld's ISO 9001 certification covers its commitment to quality in the planning, design and project management of its real estate projects which include upscale residential and commercial developments in Metro Manila, hotel and leisure projects, a special economic zone devoted to information technology firms and mid-cost housing developments in Metro Manila and Southern Luzon.
