March 6, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 310-98 SUBJECT : Cosmos Bottling Corporation Additional Listing Further to Stock Rights Notice No. 32 dated May 29, 1997, please be informed that the Exchange approved the listing application Of COSMOS BOTTLING CORPORATION to list additional 287,500,000 5% convertible preferred shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the 1:3 Pre-emptive Rights Offering to stockholders of record as of June 19, 1997, at an offer price of P4.20 per share. In view thereof, the listing of the 287,500,000 5% convertible preferred shares is set for Monday, March 16, 1998.
