Buenaventura Supervisor, Disclosure Department Gentlemen: This refers to your fax message received by us this morning, concerning a news article captioned "Wellex buys fruit juice brand to strengthen market hold" which appeared in today's issue of Business World. Please be informed that Wellex Industries, Inc. (WIN) is looking into a possible acquisition of a local juice brand as part of its business plans for the upcoming year. There are indeed ongoing discussions but such are only preliminary and exploratory in nature. As of this time, no joint venture agreement has been finalized.
