Further to Circular for Brokers No. 2865-99 dated November 11, 1999 relative to the change in corporate name of Consolidated Insurance Company, Inc. ("CON") to BHI Holdings, Inc., please be informed that the new stock trading symbol of the company shall be "BH" . The change in the stock trading symbol of the company from CON to BH will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Wednesday, December 8, 1999 .
