Garcia Head, Listings Group RE : FEU Cash Dividend Declaration Gentlemen: Please be informed that the Board of Trustees of Far Eastern University at its meeting held today, December 2, 1999 passed the following resolutions: prcd "RESOLVED, That a cash dividend of 7.5% per share be, as it is hereby declared, to all stock holders on record as of December 31, 1999 payable on January 10, 2000. RESOLVED, FURTHER, That for purposes of the above cash dividend declaration, the books will be closed from December 31, 1999 to January 9, 2000 both dates inclusive. cdll Thank you.
