December 2, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3074-99 SUBJECT : Omico Corporation Omico Corporation ("OM") informed the Exchange that William T Gatchalian and three other directors, Sherwin Gatchalian, Elvira Ting and Donato C. Almeda, tendered their resignation from the Board of Directors effective the end of Business hours of November 30, 1999. The Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting on December 2, 1999 to act on the resignation of the four directors, to elect their replacements, and to act on other matters.
