For this purpose, the Stock and Transfer Book of the corporation will be closed from November 22, 1999 to December 29, 1999. Proxies and nominations for the positions of members of the Board of Directors must be received and recorded by the Corporate Secretary on or before December 15, 1999 at or about 5:00 p.m. Stockholders who could not attend the meeting, but would like to be represented thereat, may accomplish proxy instrument/s and submit the same to the Office of the Corporate Secretary on or before December 15, 1999. Validation of proxies will be held on December 20, 1999 at or about 3:00 p.m. at the Office of the Corporate Secretary.
