December 1, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 3061-99 SUBJECT : Alliance Global, Inc . Alliance Global, Inc. ("AGI") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on November 22, 1999, its Amended Articles of Incorporation, reflecting the following amendments: cdll 1. Change in corporate name to Alliance Global Group, Inc . (Article I) 2. Increase in Authorized Capital Stock from P500,000,000.00, divided into 500,000,000 shares with par value of P1.00 each, to P5,000,000,000.00 divided into 5,000,000,000 shares with par value of P1.00 each. (Article VII) The change in corporate name of the company to Alliance Global Group, Inc. will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Friday, December 3, 1999 .
