Indicate the item numbers reported herein: Item 9(b) Other Events The Board of Directors of ALLIANCE GLOBAL GROUP, INC. approved the incorporation of a subsidiary which will consolidate all of the company's interests and assets in the food and beverage business, with an-authorized capital stock of five billion pesos (P5,000,000,000.00).
