Reynold Ong Vice-President, Listings and Disclosure Group Gentlemen: Please be informed that our Board of Directors in its Special Meeting held today, November 26, 1999 has declared a 20% cash dividend equivalent to P0.20 per share payable to all its stockholders of record as of December 14, 1999.
