Almadro Vice President Compliance and Surveillance Group Gentlemen: We refer to your letter of November 25, 1999 requiring us to furnish the Exchange with any information relating to the unusual movement in the trading of our shares today. The Board of Directors approved the declaration of a dividend of Php18.00 per share to stockholders of record as of December 1, 1999, payable on December 17, 1999 which was disclosed by the Company to the Exchange on November 19, 1999.
