Philippine Stock Exchange Center Exchange Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City Attention: Listing and Compliance Department Gentlemen: Please be informed that the Annual Stockholders meeting of BALABAC RESOURCES AND HOLDINGS CO., INC. will be held on January 18, 2000 at 4:00 p.m. at the Turf Room, Manila Polo Club, Mckinley Road, Forbes Park, Makati City. Stockholders of record and who are in good standing as of December 10, 1999 shall be the stockholders who will be entitled to vote in this meeting.
