Almadro VP-Compliance & Surveillance Group Gentlemen: This refers to fax letter dated November 24, 1999 demanding an explanation on with the supposed unusual movement or increase of the trading price of its share of stock. Please be informed that we are not aware of any information, material or otherwise, which could have caused the sudden unusual movement of the trading price of the shares of stock of Abra Mining and Industrial Corporation.
