Grace P . de Guia Listing & Disclosure Group Gentlemen: We wish to advise you that at its meeting today, the Board of Fil-Hispano Holdings Corporation (FHHC) approved a resolution for the closure of the Company's ceramic tile manufacturing business to avoid further losses. The closure of the said operations will be implemented beginning December 20, 1999.
