Dear Ms. De Guia: We would like to seek your assistance in disseminating information to our stockholders with regard to the provision of two (2) shuttle buses, one from the Philippine Stock Exchange in Ortigas Center and the other at the Makati Stock Exchange, Ayala Triangle to transport Stockholders to and from Canlubang Country Club, the venue of the Stockholders meeting on Tuesday, 10 March 1998. cdpr Each bus accommodates only 30 persons. Priority seats shall be given to shareholders. Guests of shareholders and Securities firms representatives who are not acting and/or representing the firm in the capacity as a proxy shall be accommodated upon the availability of seats.
