November 18, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2956-99 SUBJECT : Hi Cement Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on March 18, 1999, subject to the actual conversion of convertible notes, the listing application of HI CEMENT CORPORATION (the "Company") to list a maximum of 768,500,220 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the underlying shares of the P768,500,220.00 worth of Convertible Notes. In connection with this, please be advised that the Company's stock transfer agent has received a notice from noteholders for the conversion of P1,058,000.00 worth of convertible notes to 1,058,000 common shares. llcd In view thereof, the listing of the 1,058,000 common shares is set for Friday, November 19, 1999 . This brings a total of 27,979,000 common shares already listed arising from the conversion of P27,979,000.00 worth of Notes.
