November 18, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2944-99 SUBJECT : Petrofields Corporation Petrofields Corporation ("PET") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on October 29, 1999, its Amended Articles of Incorporation reflecting the following amendment to Article VII: Decrease in authorized capital stock from P800,000,000.00, divided into 100,000,000 common shares and 700,000,000 redeemable preferred shares with par value of P1.00 each, to P100,000,000.00 divided into 60,000,000 Class "A" and 40,000,000 Class "B" shares with par value of P1.00 each.
