Additional Listing The Exchange approved the application of SOUTHEAST ASIA CEMENT HOLDINGS, INC . to list additional 305,810,000 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the 5 . 025774469% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of December 11, 1998 . However, actual listing of the 49,654,652 common shares , representing the stock dividend shares on the private placement of Acumex Management, Inc., and Calumboyan Properties, Inc., shall take effect upon listing of the private placement shares. Accordingly, the Exchange approved the Company's request to reduce the number of previously listed common shares by 3 common shares to reflect the correct number of previously listed shares. Moreover, the number of fractional shares resulting from the 5.025774469% stock dividend is 1,087 fractional shares as certified by the Company's Corporate Secretary and Security Bank Corporation, its stock transfer agent.
