February 8, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 287-00 SUBJECT : Philippine Seven Corporation Philippine Seven Corporation ("SEVN") advised the Exchange, through SEC Form 11-C, of the following: 1. Closure of store #25, 7-Eleven Meycauayan 1 located at McArthur Highway, Meycauayan, Bulacan. The store ceased operation as of January 26, 2000. Full closure of store will be completed by February 18, 2000. The reason for closure is non-renewal of lease term expiring on April 2, 2000. SEVN has an established 7-Eleven store a block away from existing site which is a more prominent location. 2. Closure of store #62, 7-Eleven MVS Cinema located at Real St., Zapote Junction, Las Pias effective January 31, 2000.
