Gentlemen: In compliance with the continuing disclosure requirements of the Exchange, we report that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held earlier today the Board of Directors authorized the entry of the Company into a joint venture for the purpose of engaging in the call center business, subject to, among others, the ability of the Company to raise adequate finding for the same venture.
