November 11, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2865-99 SUBJECT : Consolidated Insurance Company, Inc . Consolidated Insurance Company, Inc. ("CON") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on November 4, 1999 its Amended Articles of Incorporation reflecting the following changes 1. Article I Change in name from Consolidated Insurance Company, Inc. to BHI Holdings, Inc. ; and 2. Article II Change in primary purpose from a non-life insurance company to an investment holding company . The change in name of the corporation to BHI Holdings, Inc. and the change in its sector to Holding Firms will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Friday, November 12, 1999 .
