("Abacus" for brevity) held on November 8, 1999 at 5:00 P.M. at the Champaca Room Club Filipino, Green hills, San Juan, Metro Manila, the Board approved the following: cdlex 1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. CARMELITO R. ZAPANTA as Chairman and Director of the Board of Directors of Abacus, with regrets, effective as of the adjournment of said meeting of the Board; 2. Elected Mr. ANTONIO GATMAITAN as a member and Chairman of the Board; 3.
