Jamir Gentlemen : In a formal ceremony at 3:00 p.m. today at its corporate headquarters, RFM Corporation and Selecta Dairy Products, Inc. executed with Unilever Philippines, Inc. and Unilever N. V., a Share Purchase Agreement. Under the agreement, Selecta will hive down its ice cream assets to a joint venture company with Unilever Philippines, Inc. The Joint Venture Company will engage in the business of manufacture, sale and distribution of ice cream desserts, ice cream novelties, fruit juices and dairy products. Thank you.
