December 29, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2831-98 SUBJECT : Filsyn Corporation As of date hereof, Filsyn Corporation ("FYN") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay the basic and daily fines in connection with its late submission of SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of FYN on January 13, 1999 pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange.
