Almadro VP Compliance & Surveillance Group Gentlemen : With respect to your December 28, 1998 letter which I just received a few minutes ago, I would like to inform the PSE that we are not aware of the circumstances related to the sale of 40 shares of Solidbank consummated this morning at the price of P217.00 per share.
