November 4, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2820-99 SUBJECT : BW Resource Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on September 22, 1999 the listing application of BW RESOURCE CORPORATION to list additional 1,200,000,000 common shares , with par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the property-for-share swap with Megaworld Corporation. In view thereof, the listing of 1,200,000,000 common shares is set for Friday, November 5, 1999 . However, further to Circular for Brokers No. 2330-99, the said shares will be locked up for a period of one (1) year from the listing date. llcd The designated Stock Transfer Agent is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the above number of shares.
