(the "Company") held this evening, the resignation letter of Mr. Enrique G. Filamor was submitted to and was duly accepted by the Board. Atty. Reynaldo Maulit, former Administrator of the Land Registration Authority was elected to replace Mr. Filamor as director. LexLib The Board also elected Atty. Nonnatus P.
